Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My Fiance and I welcomed a little girl into the world on the 19th. Child protection services has taken her and put her into a foster home. I filled out the paper work stating that I was the father. I am not allowed to have anything to do with the child. CPS is ordering a DNA test for the guy that they think is the father. They refuse to let me have anything to do with my daughter or provide a DNA test for me. They threatened me with a fraud charge for signing acknowledgment of the child. Do I have a lawsuit

Your first action should be a paternity petition in family court to force a DNA test to see if you are the father.
