Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My fiance's ex wife is withholding the children from seeing their father, after she found out that we live together. Her excuse is that they don't have thier own beds. She demands pictures of where they are going to sleep. It's been a month we will not give in to her childish demands. Does she have a right to withold the children from their father? state of New York orange county

No.

However the concern of them having nowhere to sleep is legitimate. This is something best resolved by negotiation - but if negotiation fails it's time for a trip to Family Court.
