Need To File 1/4/06 A Responce ..What forms to use

My Soon to be Ex file papers 12/14/06 After 5pm. I need to know what forms to file. I can't afford an attorney yet but need to file. I also want to file for support to help with the mortgage and other things. She does pay child support at the moment. Please someone help me. I have found so many forms I'm going insane.

It is not clear what your spouse filed and, therefore, it is not certain what your response should be. It sounds like you will need to make a motion for pendente lite support. I am not certain you are best served by representing yourself.
