Does the filing of an interlocutory appeal stay the proceeding in the trial court? If not, how does that work, with an appeal taking place on the order/decision appealed from while simultaneously the action continues in the supreme court?

A. No.

Q. If not, how does that work, with an appeal taking place on the order/decision appealed from while simultaneously the action continues in the supreme court?

A. Just that. The litigation continues.
