Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Filing for Sole Custody

How likely would it be for a judge to award me sole custody? My sons father is a felon, and is currently out on probation. He's not working right now. I'm working and just graduated from college. To the courts take into account a person's character and background in cases like this?

Re: Filing for Sole Custody
