what happens with final visitation order?
what happens when a parent get a final visitation order but disappears over five months by not having contact with child, and over nights as ordered?

Unless you go to court to change it the order remains in effect. If you have a reason not to let the spouse who abandoned see the child speak to an attorney about it. There are not enough facts here to give a more complete answer.
