Financial Help with a Divorce

I have been seperated from my husband for 8 yrs, and have not been leagally divoced due to financial reasons. Is there any where I can turn for help? Child custody and support have already been taken care of and our youngest child is 16 anyways. We have NO marital property or assests, only an outstanding tax liability with both of our names on it. Do you have any suggestions?

Why not file for an uncontested divorce yourself?

This will save you and your spouse a lot of money. You can have all of the details of your separation agreement included in your divorce papers.
