Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i want to find out how do i get a divorce from my hub if he move out of this coutry we have 4 children together and he move back to his coutry for about 7 monthsnow so how do i get out of this marry now that hes been gone from me and my kids.

You would have to start a divorce proceeding in New York. Then, assuming that you have been living in New York for over 2 years, you would have to serve the summons for a divorce on the husband in the other country.
