can not find spouse

i was married in city hall ,01-09-98,to a woman who has been married many times ,she may have lied on the marriage application,when we filled it out ,she said ,to the question: have you been married before ..x1, x2, x3, x4 ,x5, or more , x5, even thou she been married 6 times. i can not prove this,i have bought the blumberg divorce kit, in 12-09-03 called my wife, that i,have not seen since 03-15-00,she gave me a P.O box adress & a phone #,told me she wants to get divorced as well,since she wanted to get married,after that i heard nothing i called the ph# was disconnected,but called her parents,to whom i gave my phone #,i called,no luck, what do i do now thank you in advance

This is a problem I have handled many times. You must 'serve by publication'. It is a lot of paper, but not difficult.

do search if search is negative, then hire pvt.investgator to find her and serve papers.

After prep of divorce papers, Attempt Service of Papers at Last Known Address. Then if unsucessful, you must do a "DUE DILIGENT" SEARCH.

Then, with "Due Diligent Search" Affidavit, file application or motion for Publication of Notice of Divorce for Court Order. Follow through.....
