Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Forgery on joint tax return

I am currently separated from my husband, our divorce isn't final yet. He e- filed a joint tax return with the help of a tax preparer and husband forged my signature on the ''IRS e-file signature authorization'' (this was also done on the NYS income tax return) and also used my social security number (the last four digits) as a pin as my signature. I did not give either one of them authorization to do this. This is the second time they did this, the 2007 joint return was filed the same way, I brought this up in divorce court, he testified he did sign my signature and he claimed he used the money for household expenses (which were never proven)...judge felt his testimony was credible! So, he felt hey I got away with it the first time, why not do it again. Can I do anything about this? The tax preparer told me , he doesn't want to get involved.
