Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I just found out that my ex wife and her new husband did an adoption with out me knowing about it and she is still trying to collect support they did it in 2005 I had her in court for a modification in 2008 becuase I was hurt and I'm disabled now she never said anything about the adoption and all that happened is I ended up with a judgement

The adoption is void if you did not give your permission. Perhaps she and her husband submitted fraudulent documents to the court.

You need an attorney. You must dispute the adoption and file a petition to modify the child support.
