Do I have to give up coustody to have 14 yr old,s father to have ''primary residence'' be w/ father if all party,s consent? is it legal to have paper stating this written up by lawer?

It is always best to have these issues resolved by an agreement, but the agreement must be properly drafted, or it may not accomplish what you intend it to.
