If he can show that circumstances have changed and/or you are not offering proper caretaking of the child he may be able to get the custody changed. If he does try to go to court you should have an attorney review the documentation.

If you received custody by a court order and not a settlement you can also move for a greater child support amount if he earns more money and you can show that there are greater necessary, unexpected expenses.
