future son-in-law buys house - does my daughter have rights if marriage fails

My future son-in-law is buying a house in his name. He is going to be married to my daughter this Sept. What is your advice as far as having her name on the deed? I want to protect her should anything happen to the marriage and just to protect her. What actions hsould she take now prior to him buying the house and after they are married in Sept?

Because the house is purchase before the marriage with separate assets, the property will be the husband's. If the marriage fails, to the extent that marital assets are used to maintain and improve the property, your daughter will have an interest in the appreciated value.
