Girl friend

If living together with my girlfriend for 4 years will allow her to get a part of my assets in case of breaking up this relation?

You need to provide more detailed information to get a reliable answer to your question. Generally, however, unmarried partners have no shared interests except as they may have contracted for. Absent any agreements to the contrary, when such a relationship ends, each partner ends up with their own property. Feel free to call my office to discuss your particular case.

Your girlfriend should not have any legal right to any of your assets unless a written or oral contract exists and oral contracts are very hard to prove.
