Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hello,

I have a girlfriend, she is almost 20 years old,

i am dating with her, but becouse of she is under 21 i have a problem with her father do i have ligaly right to live with her separate or get married without her fathers promission, becouse he is the person who cover all her expanses and she lives in his house. and what she can do if her father starts to check her all the time when she go out, check phone calls, all her bags, ....
