Legal Question in Family Law in New York

can I take my new girlfriends kids accross state lines if her husband has lost all rights to kids but she is still legally married to him but court says he cannot be involved in any part of the kids lifes

As long as there is no court order stating that the children can not travel outside of the state and you have permission of the legal guardian of the children, they can travel anywhere you want.
