giving up your legal rights for the kids

What do i file in court giving up all my legal right for my kid... i dont want to do anything with him/her

If a child is not adopted by another, A parent is legally OBLIGATED to SUPPORT their "natural" child to the age of the child's majority, whether they want to or not.

But, A parent is NOT legally obligated to have "anything to do" with their child, beyond their support obligation.

Additionally, Child support payments can be made, through the Court, Employer Personnel Garnishment, or via the Child Support Collection Unit, which arrangements avoids direct contact with the noncustodial parent and the child or child's custodial parent.
