Legal Question in Family Law in New York

good reasons

A visitation summons was already served. The non custodial parent has been seeing the one year old child for a year now. However, the non custodial parent is now insisting on taking the child out. I do not agree. He is not a criminal, just arrested for trespassing a roof with suspected suicide attempt. What other ''permissable reasons'' can I use to just allow him to see the child and not take him out?

Re: good reasons

If YOU are searching for reasons to present to the Court to explain why your child's father should not be granted "unsupervised visitation," you may unwittingly be positioning yourself to lose custody of your child.

You should Immediately consult with an Attorney!!!

Good luck,
