my grand daughter "who is no blood relation" has been living with me almost two years,her mother basicly abandend her and all responsabity,she dose see her her situation changes all the time,sometimes from day to day,when she dose spend time with her she's on fb or sleeping when sara the child come home she an emotional mess because when sara dose something roung or hurts her feelings she tells her "sometimes screems at her" I'm ganna make u move with me,sara is constently worrie she will have to leave at a moments notice,,,she handles this by peeing her pants and crying herself to sleep.,,,please help us,

As far as a legal answer goes, if you want to gain sole custody of her you should speak to an attorney about terminating the mother's and father's parental rights. Then you may be able to adopt her and give her some stability. A less drastic step would be to get the parents to agree to giving you a guardianship over her. I would also suggest family counseling.
