Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Grand parent custody

We have been Raising our 4yr old grandson for the last 3 yrs. our son has full custody and is giving it up to us.he lives with us so he still will be a part of his life. but his ex wife is not willing to give us custody.We are representing our selfs in court we need to know how to proceed in a Trial should we have to. Thanks.

You are making a big mistake by representing yourself in Court. And frankly, your question is just too large to be answered in the format.
