The father is going to seek custody for your biological daughter. He cannot have custody over girl if he is not biological father. The option is to adopt the daughter. In extraordinary cases, if children are tied to each other and can be shown that in interests of both children, they need to be together, court can entertain application seeking to get custody over children some of them are not biological father. You need an experienced attorney.
