Legal Question in Family Law in New York

grandparents right

We are grandparents to a 8 month old who lived with us and the mother for 3 month, our daughter. She is now living with a new boyfriend and will not allow him to visit. Is there anythinf we can do to see our grandson, we live in Buffalo N.Y..

Contact your local family law attorney. You can petition the Court for visitation rights.
