Guardianship of nephew at age 101/2
Multi-Handicapped and now 38 years old.
My guardianship papers read as guardian of the person and property of. Am I still his guardian as a adult? I live in New York State.

In general I would say yes because he is so handicapped, however the court order has to be reviewed by an attorney as most guardianship orders expire at 18 years of age.
