Health Insurance
Can I stay covered on my husbands health insurance after the divorce? I was a stay at home mom for 12 years and have not been afforded the opportunity to have a career with benefits.

Ordinarily, no - because the insurance company won't usually allow it. However, part of your settlement can be that the husband is required to provide continuing replacement health insurance.
