Legal Question in Family Law in New York

hello,

I have been called back into court for child support but have been paying without issue.

The judge i had was a female and it became obvious right from the start that she had a pre set notion of men. The judge was so off the wall that my ex wife even said what did i do to the judge.

My question is can i request a new judge?

You can, but you won't likely get one.

Do you have transcripts of the proceedings? Unless the transcripts show judicial misconduct it will be very difficult to prove your allegations.

Your better approach would be to bring an attorney to represent you.
