Legal Question in Family Law in New York
hey my name is maybel santana and a have a question. Can the father on my daughter have visitation right and pay child support when he is not on the birth certificate and is an illegal alien.

Family Court will not usually report a person who is questionable on documentation for legally being in the country. Yes, they can get visitation and can be required to pay child support. I does make the situation less secure.that you will receive support long term.
