Home sale money allocation
My ex sold our home and the money was dispursed unevenly. (He owed his mother some money so paid her out of my share) How can I recoup my share? He is self-employed so there is no employer to dock his pay.

You need to provide more details, the most important of which would be what, if anything, your judgment of divorce ordered with respect to the home. If the issue was not addressed in the order, then it depends on how title was held, the owner(s)' respective contributions to the value of the property and any other agreements which may have been made. Consult with an attorney as soon as possible, as there may be strict limits on the time you have to pursue a remedy in court.
