Legal Question in Family Law in New York

House Matter

Hi!

I am currently thinking about a divorce in Long Island, NY. I've been married for roughly 8 or 9 years. I've seen things getting worse. I married a girl, who it seems has been taking advantage of me. She came here from Equador, got her citizenship after marrying me, and now has her 3 kids here, and now has her brother (illegally here), they basically have me living in the garage, and just the other day she informed me that the house is in her step sons name and hers. If I get divorce what basis do I do it on and since this house is half in her name along with half her sons, does this entitle me to a percentage of this house if matters get ugly?
