Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My Husband canceled me off his health insurance because we got into a fight. I have stage 3 breast cancer and now i have no insurance. Why and How is this legal?

Legally, you are entitled to support from your husband. If you are still together or not you could bring an action in family court to attempt to get your insurance reinstated.
