Legal Question in Family Law in New York

my husband is currently deployed in afghanistan (he is in the army) we have been seperated since march. he is with holding money from me.,.,., i have no received a dime.,., i am having a hard time making ends meet.,., he is trying to play me for a fool STAY married while he collects what is rightfully mine.,., what can i do???

Assuming that you have a valid child support order from the Family Court, you would have to make application to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. You may obtain more information at: http://www.dfas.mil/dfas/garnishment/childsupportalimony/startpayment.html.
