my husband wants a divorce, i don't want it, how long can I delay signing? i have never cheated, he has no reason except he no longer loves me. I am older than him and he wants kids now.
no kids are involved between us

You have the right to not consent to your husband's request for a divorce. If you do not consent, the husband would have to sue and demonstrate grounds for a divorce.
