Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband filed for divorce I was served papers of index in 2005 the divorce is not final becauce his lawyers say he wont retur his calls etc. what can i do to finalize.

I am sure that the case has been marked "abandoned" by now. You may have to start over or file a motion to restore.
