Husband Hides his money to aviod paying the proper child support.
I have been recieving the same $670 a month for my 2 children for over 7 years now but my ex husband makes over $90,000 thousand dollars a year, he owns 3 dfferent homes .His Employer lies to the government about his salary and he also hides his money in his wife's, his mother's and his brother's bank acounts in order to avoid paying me the proper amount of child support . What can I do ? Also what action (if any) can I take if I can afford a proper lawyer ?

You can take your ex to family court and file an action for a modification of support, you can also get an attorney appointed to you by the court if you can show that you can not afford an attorney. As for is income, if you can show that his standard of living is this high without showing where the money comes from you can get the court in impute this for calculation purposes.
