Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband is not keeping up with the agreement we signed stating the hours to which I'm allowed to speak to my children. When I call them I am always told that they aren't home and can't speak to me. What can I do? Do I have any legal recourse?

Yes. You may file a petition with the Family Court alleging that the husband failed to comply with the visitation agreement.
