my husband is trying to kick me out of the house, the house is his and i signed a prenup, can he get me on abandonment if i move?

Yes he can after one year, but you can also file on grounds of abandonment if he throws you out and does not allow you to come back for a year. Do not leave voluntarily (unless you are in danger).
