Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband has two kids from a previous relationship and we are expecting our first child together. I was wondering if he god for bid passes away unexpectedly would I have any right to take their mother to court for visitation of those kids so that way my baby would be able to know their brother and sister?

You have grounds since they will be blood relations to your child. That being said, it can and will get messy and complicated. You will need an attorney to make the arguments.
