my husband is leaving me

we have two kids, I want to know until when is he responsible in supporting me? I want to also know what am I entitle to?

I cannot give you a quick answer. It depends on you and your spouse's income levels, the child support standards act, your divorce settlement and other factors. My advice is to get an attorney quick!

In NY child support is until 21. Spousal support depends on a number of factors, as properly stated by Mr. Kessler.
