Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hello, my husband was married in 2002 and never got a divorce. We marreid last year in Cyprus and haven't registered the marriage in the US yet. Is our marriage valid? is our pre-nup valid?

A marriage without a prior divorce is invalid. Therefore, your marriage is not valid and probably (depending on the language in the agreement) your pre-nup is also not valid.
