Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband and I are in the middle of a divorce. He has custody of my children and is living in the house we both own. Now he has moved his girlfriend in to live in the house as well. Do I have any legal rights to getting her out and if so what? The house is still in my name and I don't want her living with my children until i'm no longer married or the owner

Unfortunately, since you no longer live in the house you have very little say in the company he keeps. He is free to have guests as he sees fit. That would also include the ability to have someone move in. Sorry, I know you were hoping for a different answer.
