my husband moved out of the house on may 31 is that considered abandonment , also now he wants to move back in and wants me to move out what are my options if any

First, you have as much right to live in the marital residence as he does. Second, abandonment is for a period of one year or more. Seek a local family or divorce attorney's advise.
