my ex husband is moving out of the county next year to be with his girl friend who lives in buffalo my question is do i have to move also to be closer for him to see the kids or am i allowed to stay where im at... note i have full care custady he has visitation

To understand your question. You have custody of the children. You and the children live in New York. Your ex is moving out of the country. Your question is if you have to move out of the country to allow your ex to have visitation with the children. If this is your question the answer is no.
