husband to pay child support
husband had affair about 10 years ago. Found papers for paternity and child support. He swears that is was someone else. My question - how to I find out if this is true. His paycheck is not being garnished . Would he have to put child support on tax returns? I have docket # Thanks

Child support is not tax deductible.

There is no way to find out aside from information he provides. Having the docket number is not enough because the courts will not give you any information if you are not a party.
