Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband and I are preparing to divorce and have some disagreement on the settlement of property. We purchased a house together a few months before we got married in 2003. My name is not on the deed of the house. We abruptly separated in 2007 and I left the home and went to my mothers home. Soon In my absence, he admitted to having women in the house and in the bed. I did not continue to contribute to the mortgage since 2007. Agreed to but in learning that decided it wouldn't be in my best interest. We have lived separately since that time and now I would to move forward with the paperwork and thought that due to my absence over this time but considering the contribution to the house form its beginnings I should be given a percentage of the final sale of the home albeit a small one.
