If my ex husband requests papers regarding a joint account that they refuse to mail to any address other than the one that is on file, do I have to turn the papers over to him when they come to my house?

If the account is held in both names, then he should be able to request a change of address for his statements. If he cannot get the address changed, then you would have to provide him with the statements. The account is considered his account as well as yours, so he would be entitled to information regarding the account as long as it remains (partially) in his name.
