If my husband who is retiring, is paying child support to his ex and she is going to start getting payments from my husbands pension, can he ask to have child support reduced? Can pension payments to her get cancelled if she is living with and has a child with someone else?

A. Generally, no.
Q. Can pension payments to her get cancelled if she is living with and has a child with someone else?
A. I assume you mean child support payments. And the answer would be no.
