my husband send me a notice to dissolve the marriage on the grounds DRL 170 (2)-
Abandonment .
What is its mean?
He lives with his sugar mama91 years old lady .They have my some personal things and stuff how i can take it back.

You should get an attorney. Grounds, unless you contest it, does not mean much. The first consideration is, who left whom? If you left him, he has grounds, he left you, he does not have grounds and you have a small amount of leverage. If he is truly living with his sugar mama, you might have grounds against him.

If he left you (and you did not kick him out), then he does not have grounds of abandonment.
