Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband and I have been separated for the past year, although he refuses to sign the paperwork. We reside in the same house for financial reasons. he recently changed the lcoks. Can he legally lock me out of my own home?

No. He cannot lock you out of the house. I would immediately contact the police - or file a petition with the Family Court.
