My husband and I have been seperated since July 09. How long does it take for an uncontested divorce udner the charges of adultery to become final?

It depends upon the caseload in the matrimonial part in the county in which the case is filed. It can be anywhere from a week or two to three months...but the average is three to four week range, if the all paperwork is properly filled out
