Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband and I signed a legal document stating when I am allowed to speak my children, however he is not following the rules of the agreement. When I call to speak to them he always tells me they aren't home or aren't available to speak to me. Do I have any legal recourse and if so what?

A. Yes. You may file a petition with the Family Court seeking an Order holding the husband in violation of the visitation agreement.
